The final profile grinding is done on the most modern 6 axe CNC machines from Germany. 
The tooling is produced from HSS and PM material produced in European Union.

The tool coating is done by Oerlikon Balzers Coating India PVT Ltd.

The production and inspection is done on the most modern specialized CNC machines.  For the tooling production is used a material from specialized manufacturers from Austria and France.  The heat treatment operation is totaly under the control of the gear tooling producer in their own heat treatment shop.  The tool coating is done by Oerlikon Balzers Coating India PVT Ltd.
We provide a complete service including re-sharpening and coating.
